Recently, a global private investment firm, Skyview Capital, LLC revealed that they have purchased assets of select customer care from Conduent Incorporated and they have started Continuum Global Solutions to deliver as the single brand to keep & run the newly started business. Terms of the purchase were not revealed.
Besides purchasing the assets of select customer care, the firm is also following opportunities for customer care to incorporate under the Continuum banner. Currently, Continuum banner creates around five hundred million dollars’ worth revenue and has around sixteen thousand employees globally.
The firm is a completely integrated contact center platform which combines developed digital & cloud technology with the help of skilled & trained professional to handle several consumer interactions that takes place daily. Continuum brand’s operations have been identified for excellence in consumer service not just by various esteemed autonomous third party research companies but also its Fortune 500 client-base.
Skyview’s Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations, Rob Stoddard & Skyview Capital’s President of Global Portfolio Operations, Darryl Smith will be administering Continuum Global Solutions management. Jerry Kinnick will be the President of Continuum and he has more than twenty years of industry experience in this role. Many other experienced people will be a part of the business as well.
